SENIOR AUTOMATION & AI CONTRACTOR

Your growth goals are bigger than your team can handle by hand.

The AI & automation partner for your sales and marketing teams.

What holds growth back

Your goals grow faster than you can hire.

So marketing, sales, and CS end up running on manual workarounds and disconnected tools. Nothing grows with revenue.

Pipeline is capped by headcount

Lean teams can't hire SDRs fast enough, so outbound stays manual and uneven. Every new pipeline goal turns into a hiring plan.

Data is scattered

Leads come in from forms, events, product signups, and enrichment tools. They end up duplicated, half-filled, or unrouted. Forecasting, attribution, and speed-to-lead all suffer.

Revenue leaks at every handoff

Deals stall between marketing and sales, then again between sales and onboarding. Context gets lost, time-to-value gets longer, and revenue you paid to win slips away.

Churn comes as a surprise

You often spot churn risk at renewal, when it's too late. Without a clear view of usage and engagement, retention and expansion are guesswork.

Your team isn't the problem. The systems were never built to grow with the plan.

What it costs you

The cost of growing on manual work

Stalled Growth

Pipeline and content output grow with headcount, not with the target. The plan hits a ceiling the market doesn't have.

Revenue Leakage

Deals and customers you paid to win get lost at handoffs and renewals.

Blind Decisions

Forecasts and priorities rest on incomplete data spread across CRM, product, billing, and support.

Not a tooling problem

The tools aren't the problem.

Having access to tools isn't the same as getting results.

Most teams already feel the push to use AI. They don't fail because they lack tools. They fail because owning the tools, knowing what to automate, and keeping it working six months later are three different jobs.

Shortcuts don't last, and hiring is slow.

Templates and polished demos rarely survive real data and edge cases. Building the skills in-house means hiring a full automation team. That takes months and burns budget before a single workflow goes live.

Introducing Blueprint Strategy

I build autonomous AI systems that help your team grow pipeline, not headcount.

Dozens of agents, one connected system. I help companies build a layer of AI agents and workflows that supports sales and marketing from start to finish. That covers sourcing, outreach, routing, handoffs, and retention. Your team gets more done without adding people.

Built into what you already use. No new platform to learn and no rip and replace. Everything runs inside your CRM, product, and billing tools, so it works from day one.

What I will build

A fully automated marketing and sales system built around your goals.

Every signal is enriched, scored, and routed through one layer. Then it goes to the right agent team, from first touch to closed-won to expansion.

Four Agent Teams, One System

Operations Team

The backbone. Every other agent reads from and writes to what Operations maintains.

Marketing Team

Research, distribution, and amplification. It never writes original content on its own, so nothing reads like AI slop.

Sales Team

The full lifecycle, inbound and outbound, from first signal to handoff and expansion.

Analytics

Builds reports and uses the data to improve the flows.

Triggers Reads or writes data

In production every trigger passes through the Orchestrator. Lines show the logical source and target.

The outcome

Three results, tied to where you're stuck today.

Capacity Reclaimed

Your team works at the scale of the target, not the size of the team.

One Unified System

CRM, product, and billing connected in one layer instead of separate tools.

Systems You Own

Documented systems that keep running and improving after the contract ends. You don't depend on one outside person.

Why Blueprint Strategy?

A senior contractor, not an agency.

Blueprint Strategy is me: one senior GTM and automation freelancer, not a team of juniors learning on your account. I have 10+ years of experience building marketing automation, CRM, and AI systems. I led global marketing automation and AI teams at HubSpot and MKS Instruments, and ran automation projects with Google and IBM.

You get senior expertise inside your team without the cost, delay, and risk of a full-time hire. You work with someone who has built this before.

Lead Routing Engine

MKS Instruments

Lead response time cut from 11 days to under 4 hours

MKS Instruments sold semiconductor equipment through direct sales and 80+ regional distributors worldwide. Leads from trade shows, the website, and campaigns sat in a shared inbox and spreadsheet. People forwarded them by hand, sometimes a week later, while competitors reached the account first. I led the build of a routing engine inside the CRM. It matches each lead to the right territory and distributor within minutes, sends high-intent leads straight to internal sales with an SLA timer, and escalates anything unclaimed after 24 hours.

Inbound Qualification

Series A B2B SaaS Company

From 18 hours to first contact down to 10 minutes

This company got 150 to 200 inbound leads a week from forms, chat, and content downloads. Two SDRs read every submission by hand. Leads waited 12 to 24 hours for a first contact, and the best ones got buried in the queue. I built an agent that enriches each new lead, scores it against the ICP, and alerts the right SDR within minutes with a short brief. Lower-fit leads go into nurture.

How I work

Built with your team, not handed to it.

01

Discovery Call & Roadmap

We start with a call about your goals, your stack, and your biggest gaps. If it's a good fit, I send you a proposal and scope built for your team.

02

Embedded With Your Team

I work inside your team as a contractor for months. I build custom workflows and agents around how you actually work, with as little disruption as possible.

03

Built to Last, Not Rushed

Good automation isn't one-size-fits-all. It takes months of building and testing on real data. That's why contracts can run up to 12 months, depending on the build.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions, answered.

Integration connects two tools. Automation is bigger: it's a whole process that runs on its own. Integration is just one piece of it.

n8n is my default. The final choice depends on your needs and your current stack.

No. I connect to your existing stack with as little disruption as possible.

It depends on scope. For full automated systems with real ROI, I recommend 6 to 12 months of close work with your team and tools. Smaller, single-process automations can go live in 2 to 8 weeks, depending on how fast your team can give access and approvals.

For large, embedded work, I charge €3,500/month as a freelance contractor working directly with your team. Smaller projects are priced by scope.

Both. I use whichever fits the problem.

Your choice. You can hire me on a retainer to maintain and update it, or I can hand it off with full documentation so your team runs it on its own.

You do. Everything is built in your environment. For smaller projects, I sometimes build and host in my own environment, with a yearly retainer to maintain it.

Best fit is 30 to 150 employees with sales and marketing teams. I build around how you work today, so there's no other team-size rule.

We start with a discovery call. I map how you work today, find the automations with the biggest impact, and scope the project from there. It may turn into a full 6 to 12 month contract or a smaller, focused automation. That depends on what we find.
